Your TCOMAS products will be covered by warranty for the duration of the warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the product manual and under normal use in the expected operating environment. If the product is damaged/defective due to improper use or disassembly, it will not be covered by warranty. If the product is disassembled by the user, this warranty service does not cover any corresponding damage, including but not limited to damage caused by improper disassembly or installation.


Warranty Exclusion Clause:
This warranty does not cover problems or damage caused by the following reasons, including but not limited to:
1. The part of the product that is malfunctioning has exceeded the free warranty period.
2. Products that are not factory-configured malfunction or become damaged.
3) Failures or damages caused by using pirated or other non-legally licensed software, non-standard or unpublished software.
4. Any modifications, misuse, accidents, disassembly, improper use, or unauthorized repairs
5. The serial number label, manufacturer's trade name or part number label is missing, altered, unreadable, or does not match the actual product.
6. Any improper installation, operation, or cleaning, including any use that does not follow the instructions provided in the product manual.
7. Connect to any improper power voltage
8. Any other cause unrelated to product material or manufacturing defects.
9. Damage caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable forces (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, heavy rains, typhoons, and lightning strikes)
10. Damage caused by human factors or intentional or negligent actions (including but not limited to obvious signs of blunt objects being struck or smashed) or improper use by minors.
11. Failures, damages, or losses caused by third-party products, services, or actions.
12. Failures or damages caused by accidental factors or human causes (including but not limited to computer viruses, operational errors, liquid intrusion, scratches, drops, bumps, improper plugging or unplugging, foreign objects falling in, rodent damage, insect damage, etc.)
13. Damage to the product's appearance (unexpected or otherwise) that does not affect its operation or performance, including but not limited to rust, color changes, texture decorations, natural wear and tear, and gradual aging of the product, such as light dimming or fading due to normal use or wear and tear.
For products that are not covered by the warranty, the company reserves the right to charge for repairs at its discretion.

Water-cooled Cooler:
6 years warranty for the cooler, 2 years warranty for the display, only exchange, no repair
Air-cooled Cooler:
3 years warranty, only exchange, no repair
Individual Fan:
3 years warranty, only exchange, no repair
Accessories such as original factory cables, control boxes, etc. are warranted for one month with the product.
Note: Consumable accessories inside the product (such as screws, manuals, thermal paste, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
Liability Limitation:
In no event shall TCOMAS or its distributors, agents, or service providers be liable for the following:

1. Claims or damages asserted by a third party;
2. Loss or damage to a user's records or data;
3. Loss resulting from a user's failure to retrieve products before their expiration date;
4. Any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or data (whether direct or indirect) or business interruption, regardless of whether TCOMAS was previously advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty provided with the product. To the extent that applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Terms of Validity of the Agreement
The effectiveness of the provisions of this Agreement/Policy is independent of each other, and none of the provisions shall be deemed invalid merely because some of them are invalid.
Within the limits of the law, the indemnity agreement/policy may be updated from time to time.
Post-sales process
All after-sales services for purchasing users will be provided by the original purchasing store within the warranty period.
